At Acknowledge, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
